Growing sprouts in a jar: DAY FIVE

So pretty much four full days after I put the seeds in, the sprouts were ready to eat. I could have left them longer but I was impatient.

They're good on sandwiches, in pitas, in salads, or just alone, as a snack. Well worth the tiny effort...
